Live Mode – Go Live with HUCH Plugin

This page explains how to switch the HUCH WordPress plugin from sandbox to live (production) mode.

When to go live?

Only switch to live mode after you have successfully:

• Completed test transactions in sandbox mode
• Verified webhook delivery
• Ensured WooCommerce order status updates work

Switch to live credentials

1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > HUCH
2. Replace the sandbox Client ID and Secret Key with your live credentials
3. Make sure Sandbox mode is disabled (unchecked)
4. Save settings

Webhook in production

In your live HUCH dashboard, make sure the webhook is set to:

https://yourwebsite.com/wc-api/huch_redirect

Then, return to the plugin and verify that the webhook status turns green.

Go live checklist

• [ ] Live Client ID / Secret Key added
• [ ] Webhook subscription active
• [ ] Orders update correctly in WooCommerce
• [ ] Confirmation emails are sent
• [ ] Test payment using real IBAN (small amount)

Notes

• Monitor your transactions in the HUCH live dashboard
• Keep your Secret Key secure and never expose it publicly
